Exchange & Replacement Policy

Due to the customized, handmade, and perishable nature of our floral bouquets, preserved arrangements, and artisanal DIY craft kits: • Once an order is placed, cancellation is NOT permitted under any circumstances. • As soon as an order is confirmed, preparation of fresh flowers, custom card notes, and crafting begins immediately in our studio. • Please review all order details (recipient contact, delivery address, and date) carefully before placing your order.

We prioritize delivering your handcrafted items in pristine condition. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect: • Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by emailing ekarthya8@gmail.com or calling +91 870 015 3815. • Please share a short unboxing video or clear photos showing the package label and damaged/wrong product. • After a quick genuine review by our team, we will immediately dispatch a 100% FREE replacement or exchange item with express shipping.

Exchanges and replacements are applicable in the following scenarios: • Damaged during transit or broken glass cloches / preserved floral domes. • Incorrect product delivered compared to your ordered item. • Missing pieces or defective components in DIY craft kits. • Replacement or exchange items will be processed within 24-48 hours post verification.

Replacements or exchanges are NOT provided in the following cases: • Incorrect delivery address or unreachable recipient phone number provided during checkout. • Delivery refused by the recipient upon arrival. • Damage caused after successful delivery due to improper handling, moisture, or direct sunlight on preserved florals.
